• Booking for at least two nights except Fridays
• Check-in after 3pm, on the evening after 7pm
• Departure before 11:00 pm in advance with us in advance
• The price is forever including 2 people from the third person extra charge
• Babies under 2 years of age on check-in are not charged, every baby coop is provided
• Pets are not allowed
• There are pets on site
• Smoking is not allowed in the guest house

We prefer to pay by cash or check or wire transfer or by app,
Payment by Israeli credit card will pay an additional fee of 3%

Terms of cancellation:

• If canceled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If canceled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 95 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• In the Corona Period – Covid-19 – In any case of the government’s decision regarding closure or prohibition of movement for the booked accommodation period – no cancellation fees will be charged.
