Stern Winery: A family-run cylindrical boutique located on one of the mountain peaks overlooking the Mediterranean, at Kibbutz Tuval About 40 minutes drive from our accommodation complex. Israeli boutique brewery. Made in the Yehiam Brewery and the Tefan Industrial Zone, a 15-minute drive from our hosting  complex. At Tefen, a world-class, professional brewery was built. The water used to make the beer is mostly drawn from the nearby Gaaton River springs. The founder of the brewery and the first CEO is Asaf Lavi, a resident of the entire Galilee. The brewery courtyard opened a “royal courtyard” where you can visit on weekends and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with friends, music and fresh beer. Yiftah’el Winery: An Israeli boutique winery of Hadas and Zvika Ophir in Alon Galilee about 30 minutes drive from our hostel. The vineyard is located on the northern slopes of a hill that faces Nahal Zippori. The vines are planted in terra rosa soil containing hard limestone. Six varieties of red grapes are grown in the vineyard: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Sanjobese, Petite Syrah and Marslan. And Rosavin’s berries make white wine. Baikab operates a special visitor center in an ancient log cabin, which is open regularly on Friday and Saturday. The hospitality includes wine tasting plus cheeses for those interested. Achziv Winery: A family boutique winery housed in artisan workshops at Kibbutz Gesher HaZiv, a 15-minute drive from our accommodation complex, in the art workshops complex. Julia Winery:  Located on the west side of the village of Miilya, a 10-minute drive from our accommodation complex, on the slopes of the Western Galilee, facing a magical view of an olive grove and oak forest. High quality wine winery from a local variety of grapes personally treated by the winery. You can visit the twin and enjoy tasting, touring and light refreshments. The Cabernet Sauvignon vines grow on iron-rich terracotta soil, with no irrigation other than rainfall, so during the vine-growing season, the vine grows, a fact that increases the percentage of sugar in the fruit and the quality of the wine.

Kishor Winery: Located in the Kishor Village – a village for people with special needs surrounded by natural woods and views of the Western Galilee, about 30 minutes from our accommodation complex. The winery’s visitor center is modern and luxurious, overlooking an exciting landscape of vineyards and mountains covered with vegetation. There is guidance on the wine production process, a tour of the oak barrels, where wines are aged and tasted. Eleven varieties are grown in the winery: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petty Verdu, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache, Morbader, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Riesling and Chardonnay. The high temperature differences between day and night, which characterize the area and rocky soil structure, are an ideal environment for long and slow ripening of the grapes and give the wines their unique character

Lotem  Winery:   Located in Kibbutz Lotem about 40 minutes from our accommodation complex. It is an organic boutique winery that combines quality wine making from a selection of grape varieties grown in the Upper Galilee area on the outskirts of Mount Meron. The unique combination of spiritual content, energetic processes and advanced science creates quality and original wine. The winery is one of the few organic wineries in the country. The winery’s uniqueness in the production and obsolescence process is played to wine tunes and songs that contain the same energy that the winery’s people want to taste when they open the bottle and sip the organic wine.

Tulip Winery: Located on the hillside in Kfar Tikva, on the way from the center of the country to our accommodation complex (about 50 minutes drive to our accommodation complex). Kfar Tikva is a small and pastoral settlement for a population with special needs. The exciting and successful model of employing community members and creating the platform for their integration into the labor market as one person created an extraordinary, strong, inseparable and rooted connection. The winery, one of the largest in the north, produces about 300,000 bottles a year, sold throughout Israel and in many countries around the world. The wineries receive rave reviews from wine critics. The many years of work, the winery’s great social contribution, and of course the extensive quality potential inherent in it, led the Wiseman family to join the Yitzhaki family in 2014 as an equal partner in the winery. This connection has greatly contributed to the winery’s growth and the extensive increase in its activity. The natural connection between the families came from their shared vision that includes the winery’s extensive social contribution, the passion for uncompromising quality wine, and the broad shared vision of the families.

Jullius Distillery: Considered one of the world’s most advanced distilleries. International professionals praise Julius products, which are sold successfully in Israel and around the world. Located in Kibbutz Hanita, 10 minutes drive from our dining area. The distillery is specially made for the production of alcohol from the fruits of Israeli soil, and produces schnapps such as tangerines, oranges and etrogues. All production processes are completely manual and natural, from the selection of agricultural raw material to bottling and packaging. The distillery is true to the principles of sustainability and is one of the few distilleries in the world to be solar powered. All Julius products are kosher. Instead you can hear about the creative process, taste the variety of products and get drunk with the spectacular taste and scenery.
