Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM) to 21:00 (9:00 PM).
Saturday & Holiday Check-in: From 17:00 (5:00 PM) to 21:00 (9:00 PM).
Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Check-out on Saturdays requires prior coordination with us.

Guest Definitions

Child: Defined as anyone aged 2 to 18 on the day of check-in.
Infant: Defined as anyone under the age of 2 on the day of check-in.

House Rules & Amenities

Pets: No pets allowed.
Animals on Property: Please note that there are pets living on the premises.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
Linens & Towels: We provide fresh linens and towels only for stays longer than 7 nights (on a weekly basis).
Sustainability Policy: Due to our commitment to international green and sustainable tourism standards, the use of single-use (plastic) utensils is prohibited. You may bring reusable utensils or disposables made from biodegradable materials.

Payment & Extra Guests

Payment Method: We prefer payment via bank transfer or payment apps.
Additional Guests: Any guests added beyond the number specified in the reservation will incur an additional charge of 225–275 NIS per person, per night. Visitors of guests must be coordinated in advance with the property manager.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 30 days before check-in: No cancellation or change fee.
Up to 15 days before check-in: Cancellation or changes will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.

Late cancellation (less than 15 days): Cancellation or changes will be charged 95% of the total booking amount.

* Free Cancellation: You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time.

* Applicable Months: This policy is valid throughout the entire months of July, August, and September 2026.

Accessibility Statement - Accessibility of guests with special needs

We attach great importance to the issue of special needs guest accessibility and the provision of accommodation for people with disabilities, convenient and free movement and availability of homes, beds, showers and other facilities independently and equitably. We will be happy to assist as needed.

Parking near the houses about 5 meters from the door of the house via a single-level planar pavement and a metal ramp to the wheelchair without a step up.

Entrance doors to houses 85 cm wide.
Entrance door to bathroom and shower 70 cm wide.
The houses are adapted for guests with special needs, access to the sleeping area, shower and toilet without stairs.
At the Pardes special facilities in the toilet and shower (hand grips) tailored to guests with special needs
Lighting switches and electricity at homes are adjusted to height.
